Are EMFs good for us?

ELECTRO-MAGNETIC FREQUENCY

MOBILE PHONES, LAPTOPS, COMPUTERS, HEADSETS, TRANSMITTERS

THE SILENT DIS-EASE?

If EMF could speak, you wouldn’t hang around long to listen.

When frequency is amplified by a Geiger counter the noise is horrible, is this what our bodies are hearing/feeling everyday?

Are 4G and 5G EMFs more dangerous than we realise, do they effect us on a cellular level?

Humans and nature have a natural steady fluid frequency, radiating from everything keeping us all connected in a natural web of energy.

So what has changed within our atmosphere and how has it happened?

With a little internet research we can find out…

Electricity was first found around the 1700s…it was first put into homes in the early 1900s.

Nasa was created in the 1940s sending the first satellite into space in 1957, the enabling technology for mobile phones was in place in the 1940s but it wasn’t until the 1980s that the mobile phone became widely available.

The first generation mobile phones were 0G or zero generation.

Remember your first phone which was just for calls… The first SMS message was sent in 1992! Just before Blur and Oasis had the battle of the bands for the Britpop title…not that long ago!

So going by our dates so far we have only had mainstream electricity for over a hundred years!

So with the dark cloud of 5G looming over us in the near future, how will it effect us?

We recently went on an EMF talk where we learnt some interesting stuff.

So electricity is 50/60 htz and radio is 1mhz, a cell phone is 1ghz. Hz measures cycles per second in wireless communications.

Mega – 1 million, Giga – 1 billion. So 1 billion is equal to 1000 million!

So we have:-

AM – amplitude modulation – which is a lower frequency and travels long distances maybe even bounces off our ionosphere.

FM – frequency modulation changes according the information needed expanding and contracting to give a better quality of sound.

So we have become very used to 4G which has a bandwidth of 1.4 – 2.6ghz, 5G has a slightly higher bandwidth 2.6-3.6ghz, so we have gone from a 1mhz radio to a 3ghz mobile phone in around 100 years.

If we think about the ‘average’ household, most people have laptops, computers, mobile phones, smart meters, Alexa’s and microwaves, they all omit an artificial frequency – we can’t hear the frequency but our bodies can. They create a nasty noise for your body and all the cells and connective fluids; not calming, relaxing and soothing like a walk in the woods…EMFs stimulate, and disrupt our cells with their unnatural frequencies. We are living in an increasing invisible smog that our 5 senses don’t detect unless you are sensitive to EMFs, which we probably all are but the symptoms are ignored and put down to another stress a EMF really could be the elephant in the room. So while we would like to run off into the sunset with a backpack, compass and walkie talkie, most of us have to live in the ‘real’ world.

So what can we do to help alleviate this stress….

1. Turn off your router or wifi at night which gives your body the rest it deserves.

2. Do not put the handset to your head. Use loudspeaker.

3. Avoid wireless headphones. Bluetooth has a frequency of 2.4 ghz and popping them right next to your brain for your healthy run maybe doing some harm, yeah they look cool and everyone wants a pair but the old skool headsets are better.

4. Avoid Bluetooth/wifi in your car. The car acts like a Faraday cage and encapsulates the EMFs. Download your music/podcast before you go on long trips.

5. Get your laptops and gaming console hard wired. It doesn’t cost a lot and the speed is better.

6. Get yourself a landline.

7. Do not put your phone in your pocket or bra.

8. Get grounded and remove your shoes, walk barefoot. The Earth’s natural magnetic pull will earth you.

9. Remove dimmers from your home.

10.Use aeroplane mode when possible.

Conclusion

The reality is 5G is coming, it’s different and a higher frequency and we don’t really know how it will effect us and getting information about how it will work is difficult and shrouded in mystery.

The WHO is our world guidance on health matters and they state that mobile phones are a possible carcinogen – meaning they could cause cancer. In fact studies have found they cause tumours in animals. The WHO say that there are “ongoing studies to more fully assess the potential long-term effects of mobile phone use”…doesn’t sound very reassuring to me.
